Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the closure within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the completion of any pending wagering requirements.

999ee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
